The blessings of the 2011 summer camping season are still fresh in our minds.  Once again, many decisions were made for Christ in both our youth camps and family camps.   Many of you have witnessed first-hand the continuing improvements in the buildings, the grounds, and our infrastructure.  We have heard over and over how thankful you are for the camp and for the blessing of hearing the Word of God ministered in such a pristine setting.

As you well know, all that God has entrusted us with does not come free.  Our amazing volunteer work teams accomplish much each week as they energetically and sacrificially care for our camp.  Your gifts and offerings help pay for that and much more.  We are trying to find a balance in keeping camp fees as low as possible and in trusting God, through His people, to raise the remainder of the money for operating this great camp each year.  We are not broke, but our operating capital has really gone down and so we need about $40,000 to meet our budget by the end of the year.  We have never borrowed money or gone in debt to run this camp.  With God’s help we will always abide by that principle.  Will you prayerfully consider giving a financial gift this holiday season to CLYDEHURST?
