How will the process work this year?

• Family Camp and Youth Camp registration dates will be staggered this year.

  • Family Camp will open Saturday, January 13, at 12 PM MST

  • Youth Camp will open Monday, February 12, at 10 AM MST

• We are going to determine who gets into camp by first come, first serve. Your registration’s timestamp will be recorded and will determine the order in which families will get into camp.

• Every Family Camp registration will initially be wait-listed. You will be notified within 48 hours if you made it into camp or not.

• We have tried many different ways to handle registration. None of them have been perfect. None of them will be perfect. But, this way seems to be the most straightforward.

What if I want to come with a group?
Encourage everyone in your group to register right when it opens for the best chance at you all getting in together!

What do I need to pay at registration?
This year everyone is wait-listed for Family Camp initially, so, nothing! If you and your family make it into camp, then, you will need to pay at least the deposit ($250) within a week of activation. At that time, you can pay in full if you would like, or come back and complete payment when you are able, up to May 1st.

Youth camp will have the normal $50 deposit. Waitlisted registrations will not collect a deposit.

Final Payment is due for ALL CAMPS May 1st.

• Deposits for family camp will be refundable until May 1st

• Deposits for youth camp will be refundable until June 1st

When will I know if I made it into camp?
This mostly applies to family camp: You will know within 48 hours of registering if you made it into your selected week, or if you are on the waiting list. We will contact you by email.

What if I didn’t get into camp?
You will be put on our wait list and will receive updates on where you stand whenever you like.

What if I want to pay for another family or family friend to come?
They still need to register themselves. For housing and accounting we need to have their family information in our system; you can give them your payment information, or just pay them back!

If you have not signed up for an account on our registration site, PLEASE DO. That will save you time as you are getting ready to register you and your family members for your week of camp!!
