3rd-4th Grade Camp
All campers not riding on buses need to be dropped off and checked-in between 3pm-5pm on Wednesday and need to be picked up Saturday, promptly at 8:45am.
Billings: Bus leaves the Scheels parking lot at 2:15pm on Wednesday and returns to Scheels on the following Saturday between 11:30am and 12:00 noon.
Columbus: Bus leaves the McDonald’s parking lot between 2:50-3:20 on Wednesday and returns to the McDonald’s parking lot on the following Saturday between 10:30am-11:00am.
Big Timber: Bus leaves the Horse Statue at Lions Club Park between 3:40pm and 4:20pm on Wednesday and returns to the Horse Statue at Lions Club Park between 9:45am and 10:15am on Saturday
Churchill: Bus leaves Bethel Church at 1:45pm on Wednesday and returns to Bethel Church between 12:00pm-12:30pm on Saturday.
Livingston: Bus leaves the Albertson’s parking lot between 3:00pm-3:30pm on Wednesday, returning to the Albertson’s parking lot on the following Saturday between 10:15am and 10:45am.
Bozeman: Bus leaves the parking lot behind Famous Dave’s (old K-mart) at 2:30pm on Wednesday, returning to the parking lot behind Famous Dave’s (old K-mart) on the following Saturday between 11:15am and 11:45am.

Family Camp
Clydehurst does not provide transportation to and from camp.
We are located about 2 hours from both the Billings (BIL) and Bozeman (BZN) airports.
Most families who do not drive, rent a car from the airport and then return it to the airport at their departure.
There is nowhere to return cars in Big Timber, the closest small town near camp.
Check in is Sunday night from 3-5 PM. Check out is at 9 AM on Saturday.
