Family Camp

• All sessions will open for registration on Saturday, January 24th

General Information

Family Camp Registration

• We are going to determine who gets into camp by first come, first serve. Your registration’s timestamp will be recorded and will determine the order in which families will get into camp.

• Every Family Camp registration will initially be wait-listed. You will be notified within 2 business days if you made it into camp or not.

• We have tried many different ways to handle registration. None of them have been perfect. None of them will be perfect. But, this way seems to be the most straightforward.

Payment

• Everyone is wait-listed for Family Camp initially, so, nothing! If you and your family make it into camp, then, you will need to pay at least the deposit ($250) within a week of activation. At that time, you can pay in full if you would like, or come back and complete payment when you are able, up to May 1st.

• Youth camp will have the normal $50 deposit. Waitlisted registrations will not collect a deposit.

• Final Payment is due for Family Camps May 1st.

  • Deposits for family camp will be refundable until May 1st

• Final Payment for Youth Camps is due June 1st

  • Deposits for youth camp will be refundable until June 1st

Group Registration

• Encourage everyone in your group to register right when it opens for the best chance at you all getting in together!
  

FAQ’s

2027 Priority Registration Procedure

At Clydehurst Christian Ranch, we want to fairly recognize families who are eager to attend Family Camp but are unable to secure a spot due to limited availability.

We are implementing a new procedure

Families may qualify for priority registration access for the following season only if all of the conditions below are met:

• The family completes a full and valid registration on opening day of 2026’s registration (January 24) and are placed on the waitlist only because all available cabin spaces have been filled, in accordance with Clydehurst’s first-come, first-serve registration system.

• The family’s original registration requests is for Weeks 2, 3, or 4 of Family Camp

• The family remains continuously on the waitlist through May 1 of the current season, without accepting a placement, or declining an offered spot for their chosen week of camp, failing to respond within the one (1) week of an opening contact, or requesting removal from the waitlist.
  

Priority Registration for the Following Season

Families who meet the criteria above will receive priority registration access for Family Camp the following year, allowing them to register shortly before general registration opens.

Important Conditions

• If a spot in their chosen week becomes available during the current season and is offered to a waitlisted family, they are no longer waitlisted and therefore, no longer eligible for priority registration the following year.

• Families who decline an offered spot in their chosen week or remove themselves from the waitlist before May 1 will not receive priority registration access the next season.
  
  Additional Notes

• Priority registration is granted only for the season immediately following the waitlisted year.

• Priority registration access does not guarantee placement, but provides an earlier opportunity to register.

• Clydehurst Christian Ranch retains full discretion to manage the waitlist, determine eligibility, set response deadlines, interpret this policy, and make modifications as necessary to ensure fair and effective administration.
