Program Team
These men and women are the heartbeat of summer at Clydehurst. From the first day of camp to the last campfire, our counselors and program directors pour themselves out for every camper who walks through the gate — leading cabin groups, running activities, speaking truth, and loving kids the way Christ loves them. We are profoundly grateful for each one of them. They don't just run a program; they are the hands and feet of Jesus in the Boulder River Valley, and we could not do this without them.
Operational Team
Camp doesn't happen by accident — it happens because of people like these. Our Operational Team keeps every part of the ranch running so that the rest of the staff can focus on campers. From the kitchen to the barn to the maintenance shop to behind the camera, this team serves in ways that often go unseen but are never unnoticed. They reflect the same servant spirit Christ modeled, and their faithfulness behind the scenes makes everything else possible. We are so honored to have them.
The Crew
Every one of these young men and women chose to spend their summer serving rather than sitting on the sidelines — and that says everything. Our High School Crew brings energy, humility, and a genuine desire to be used by God into every task they take on. They pitch in wherever they're needed, they learn what it means to lead by serving, and they remind us each season that the next generation of the Church is alive and well. We are deeply proud of each of them and grateful they said yes to this summer.
