7th-9th Grade Week 1: June 7 - 12 (Sun.-Fri.)
7th-9th Grade Week 2: June 14 - 19 (Sun.-Fri.)
5th & 6th Grade Week: June 21 -26 (Sun.-Fri.)
10th-12th Grade Week: June 28 - July 3 (Sun.-Fri.)
3rd-4th Grade Week: July 5 - 8 (Sun.-Wed.)

Family Camp Schedule

Family Camp #1: July 12 - 18
Family Camp #2: July 19 - July 25
Family Camp #3: July 26 - August 1
Family Camp #4: August 2 - 8
Family Camp #5: August 9 - 15

Family Camp Rates

Please pay in full by May 1.

All fees are to be paid in U.S. Currency. Listed below are the costs for the 2026 Family Camps. Charges reflect total expenses for all meals, cabin rental and most program fees.

Family Camp Rates
Adults (18 and up) - $830

Youth (13 - 17) - $600

Children (7-12) - $525

Kindergarten & Pre-School - $370

2 yrs. and under - $200

An additional $15 per bed if bedding is needed. (For those who own tents, trailers or campers, we encourage you to bring them and set them up on our grounds.) 50 amp full hookups are available for campers.

Thanks to Clydehurst donors, you can take $20 off at registration by simply accepting the Stomp Inflation Discount at checkout. This is for everyone who needs a break from rising prices and it does not exclude you from requesting additional financial help.

Activity Prices

Family & Youth Activity Rates:
Horse rides (per hour) - $35.00
Youth Rides - $20.00
Kiddie Rides - $5.00

Laser Tag - $5/person for a half hour game (10 person max in each game)

Riflery and Skeet shooting - ammunition is available for purchase.
