Your week at summer camp will be filled with flying trips down the zipline, horseback rides, beautiful hikes, and great times with your cabin and the whole camp. You'll stay in a cabin with kids your same age and a counselor who is always there to listen and help you with anything they can.
During chapels, you'll get to hear from our guest speakers who will keep you laughing and encourage you on your walk with God at the same time. Everything about camp makes it the perfect place to learn more about Jesus and who you are according to Him.
Whether on the hiking trail, in your cabin, at the pond, or in chapel — you will make memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
A Week They'll Never Forget
Clydehurst Youth Camp is more than summer camp — it's where kids discover who God made them to be. Set 30 miles south of Big Timber in the rugged Boulder River Valley, campers spend a week riding horses, shooting archery, swimming, hiking, and building friendships that last a lifetime.
Our carefully selected college-age counselors invest one-on-one time with every camper. They listen, they encourage, and they challenge students to understand that God always has a plan. Speakers teach God's Word with humor and impact — the kind of messages your kids will remember long after they get home.

Every week, campers gather for chapel to hear God's Word from a speaker who loves students and loves Jesus.
Rich Baker
Rich Baker is the Pastor of Men + Communities at Arbor Road Church and spent 14 years as a high school camp director at Hume Lake Christian Camps. He loves helping young people grow closer to Jesus and build meaningful connections, and he brings years of experience encouraging and teaching students. Rich and his wife, Allyson, have two children, August and Eisley.
Trey Haidle
Trey Haidle serves as the youth pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Billings, Montana, where he resides with his wife, Jessie, and their son, Leo. Trey and Jessie first crossed paths while working on staff at Clydehurst in 2018 and were married in 2021. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Christian Apologetics from Talbot School of Theology.
Merrick Lefebvre
Merrick Lefebvre serves as the Middle School Pastor at Skyline Church in sunny San Diego, where he has been serving in youth ministry for over 8 years. He and his wife, Magnolia, are passionate about helping the next generation find and follow Jesus.
Merrick loves finding new and fun ways to help students build a foundation on Christ—first believing, then finding belonging, and ultimately becoming all that God has created them to be. When he’s not hanging out with students, you can probably find Merrick playing Catan, relaxing at a coffee shop, or helping his wife run her mobile dirty soda cart!
Greg Payton
Illusions, balloons, tricks, and treats. Whatever it takes to communicate the Gospel with children and teach them to live with Christ as the center of their lives. Greg is the Lead Pastor of The Rock Church in Laurel, MT and was a Children’s Pastor before moving to Montana to plant The Rock. Greg is the husband of Patty, a father and grandfather.
Greg is known for his unique style of using creative and exciting object lessons to mesmerize and amaze children, youth, and adults of all ages. The favorite of most being a lesson where Greg eats fire, then proceeds to set his tongue on fire in an effort to show the power of our words. Everyday items will disappear, explode, transform, and ooze their way into telling a Bible story that leaves a lasting impression. Children will remember the truth of God’s Word for years to come but might get wet or slimy in the process.

What Makes Clydehurst Special
Horseback Riding
Ride through the Boulder River Valley on horseback. Skills classes are free for 3rd–8th graders, with extra free-time rides available too.
Your Own Counselor
Every camper gets one-on-one time with a counselor who listens to their story, answers questions, and walks alongside them all week.
Chapel & Speakers
Guest speakers teach God's Word with humor and impact — twice a day in chapel. You'll remember these messages long after camp is over.

A Safe, Life-Changing Week
Clydehurst youth camps exist to provide a safe and positive environment for kids to explore nature and enjoy friendships with Christ in their own age, while growing in their personal relationships. Each and every activity is closely monitored by well-trained, experienced college-aged adults.
These counselors are the foundation of the Clydehurst Youth Camp program, selected after a thorough hiring process with campers' best interests in mind — both physical safety and spiritual growth. At chapels twice a day, your child will be strengthened in their relationship with God and their knowledge of His word. Free Transportation
Free bus transportation is available from both Billings and Bozeman during Youth Camp. Let us know your plans on the registration form at least 48 hours before your week. See transportation details →

Phone Policy
- Kids can bring phones, but there's no internet or cell service
- Phones are allowed occasionally for photos only
- The rest of the time they're stored securely
- Phone calls to campers for emergencies only
Registration & Fees
- Registration opens Saturday, Feb. 13, 2027 (times staggered by camp; see schedule above)
- Register online with a $50 deposit
- Choose the camp for the grade your child will be entering in the fall
- 3rd–5th Grade Camp: $275
- 5th & 6th, Junior High & High School Camps: $500
- All fees must be paid in full by June 1
- $50 cancellation fee applies after June 1
- All fees must be paid in U.S. currency
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- Parents driving to camp: check-in Sunday 3–5 PM
- Camp ends Friday at 3:00 PM (Wed. 8:30 AM for 3rd–5th Grade Camp)
- Please arrive 30 minutes early on pick-up day
- Free bus from Billings and Bozeman available

Cashless Camp
Clydehurst Youth Camps are cashless — add money to your camper's spending account through your online account. We recommend $50–$100 for the week. You can have a ton of fun without spending a dime!
