Key Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and oversight for all camp facilities, grounds, and infrastructure, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained year-round.
Ensures compliance with all safety standards, health regulations and risk management policies
Supervises, trains, and supports crew and volunteer staff.
Proves Biblical leadership and support to High School Staff Leaders and well as the summer crew staff.
Collaborates with the Executive Director and other Directors to align site priorities with camp porgramming and log-term vision
Coordinates with contractors, vendors and inspectors for repairs and improvements.

I’ve been on staff at Clydehurst full-time since February 2025, but my connection here started long before that. I joined the summer staff in 2013 and have come back many times since. One of my favorite parts of camp is getting to work alongside the staff and crew each summer and watching how God uses each person’s gifts in ways that really matter.
A small tradition I look forward to every year has got to be the late-night snacks during Family Camp.
When I’m not at Clydehurst, I’m usually working in construction, looking into forestry opportunities, or spending time outside with my family. I love being in the mountains and I’ll always make time to catch some college football.
