We had four great weeks of youth camps and now we are beginning our family camp sessions!  Our youth camps started with 3rd & 4th graders and ended with High School Week.  During these four weeks, 54 campers made the decision to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  134 campers chose to rededicate their lives to Christ.  Praise the Lord for what He accomplished here at Clydehurst!  We pray that these campers will live out their decisions back home and also hope that we have planted seeds in the hearts of the others that were here.

Now that youth camps are over, we are kicking off our family camp season!  We officially started Family Camp #1 on Sunday, July 11th, with four more weeks to follow.    We are excited about the families that are coming and pray that their time here will be an encouragement as a family and also with their walks with Christ.  If you did not sign up for camp this summer, we hope to see you next summer in 2011!

We’re halfway through our summer youth camps and so far, we’re having an amazing time!  We have completed 3rd & 4th grade and 5th & 6th grade weeks with many decisions for Christ and re-dedications.  We have a wonderful staff that God has put together from all over the country.  The weather has been good to us so far: it’s been sunny for most of our activities and rains when we are not outside.  Currently, we are in our Jr. High week which was sold out with a full High school week coming up next.  Keep us in our prayers, both for our staff and the campers.  All in all, we are having a great start to the summer, praise God!

Next week, we will be holding our annual spring work week to prepare camp for this summer.  We kick off the week at 11am on Monday, April 26th, and then will wrap things up after dinner (5 pm) on Saturday, May1st.  The summer is almost here and there’s a lot of work to be done to get Clydehurst ready for all the campers that will be coming.  Work includes painting, remodeling/construction, yard work, plumbing, cleaning, vehicle maintenance and the list goes on.  No special skills are required.  All you need to bring are some work clothes and gloves.  Come for the entire week or stay one or two days.  Meals and lodging will be provided.   We hope you will join us for some fun, hard work and lots of great fellowship!  If you are interested, please contact us at 406.294.0394 or call us at 406.932.9332 after April 26th.

Take interstate 90 to Big Timber (take either Exit 367 or 370), then follow Hwy 10 to downtown Big Timber, and turn south on McLeod Street (this becomes Hwy 298). Clydehurst is 35 miles from Big Timber.  (Last 7 miles is gravel road)
